2. Purchases & Payments

2.1. All purchases made on this store are for virtual in-game items, ranks, or perks on the ltuxelytra.eu Minecraft server. These items hold no real-world monetary value.

2.2. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include any applicable fees unless otherwise stated.

2.3. Payment must be completed through one of the available payment gateways. We do not store your payment information.

2.4. You are responsible for ensuring your Minecraft username is entered correctly. We are not responsible for purchases delivered to the wrong account due to user error.

3. Delivery

3.1. Virtual items are typically delivered automatically within minutes of a completed payment. In some cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours.

3.2. You must be online on the ltuxelytra.eu server to receive certain items. If delivery fails while you are offline, items will be delivered upon your next login.

3.3. If you have not received your purchase within 24 hours, please contact our support team via Discord.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and items have been delivered.

4.2. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your purchase, contact us and we will resolve the issue or provide a replacement.

4.3. Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting us will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the server and all associated services.

5. Account & Behavior

5.1. Purchased items are tied to the Minecraft account specified at checkout and are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5.2. We reserve the right to revoke purchased items or ban accounts that violate our server rules, without refund.

5.3. Abusing store promotions, coupons, or exploiting bugs in the purchase process may result in removal of items and/or a ban.

6. Server Changes

6.1. We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove any in-game items, ranks, or perks at any time for balancing, technical, or other reasons.

6.2. In the event of a server reset (map reset, network restructure, etc.), purchased ranks will be preserved where possible. Consumable items may not carry over.

6.3. We do not guarantee the permanent availability of the server. Should the server permanently shut down, no refunds will be issued for prior purchases.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. ltuxelytra.eu is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. All purchases are for third-party server services only.

7.2. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our store or server.

7.3. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific transaction.

8. Privacy

8.1. We collect only the information necessary to process your order: Minecraft username, email address, and payment details (processed by third-party gateways).

8.2. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to process payments.

8.3. Payment processing is handled securely by our payment providers. We do not have access to your full payment details.
